Tina Christman started as a loan originator in 2004 after holding a background in Property & Casualty Insurance. She spent the next decade working as a loan originator in both wholesale and retail markets. In 2013 she co-founded a mortgage loan processing company servicing wholesale broker shops within the state of Florida. In 2017, she founded Anchor Bay Financial, a company focused on building customer relationships and increased buyer education. With a consultant style service and team of experienced and knowledgeable advisors, Anchor Bay Financial has now assisted hundreds of clients in reaching their real estate financial goals!

Ronda Hennessy found her passion in protecting families by offering life insurance coverage and mortgage protection.  In 2001, Ronda opened her own insurance agency managing a team of 8 agents and teaching at seminars on the importance of life insurance and mortgage protection for homeowners. In 2017, she became a licensed loan originator expanding on her passion to assist clients with their dream of homeownership. She joined Anchor Bay Financial in 2021 where she provides her clients with education and guidance on purchases, refinances and building their investment portfolio. She works closely with each borrower and has built a reputation on trust and confidence with each connection that is made.

Omar Hazien is a Senior Loan Advisor at Anchor Bay Financial with nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Omar specializes in residential and commercial loan originations, including conventional, FHA, FHA 203k, VA, and jumbo loans. Being a licensed real estate broker, as well as a loan originator, Omar will be able to answer any questions you have in regards to the purchase of your property. Omar has a strong background in finance, obtaining his bachelors in business and his MBA from Florida Atlantic University. Omar is persistent on getting his clients the best deal and strives to make the process of obtaining a mortgage as simple as possible.
